DOC Honors Gina Mata as 2019 Employee of the Year
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Jan. 14, 2020 – Gina Mata, a dental assistant in the SouthPark orthodontic office of Dentistry of the Carolinas (DOC), has been named the company’s “2019 Employee of the Year.”
Mata was selected from more than 100 Dentistry of the Carolinas’ employees for her commitment to her job, team work, excellent customer service and patient care.
“Gina [Mata] is very deserving of this honor,” said Clark Hammock, DMD, P.A., co-owner of Dentistry of the Carolinas. “She is one of the most skilled assistants and lab technicians we’ve ever seen. Her abilities are second to none. We are fortunate that she is a part of our work family.”
