Tips for a Successful Visit

Arrive Early

Always arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself and our staff adequate time to review your information and prepare for your appointment. Please note that if you need to complete new patient paperwork, plan to arrive 20 minutes prior.

Bring Your Insurance Card

Please remember to bring your current insurance card or have your preferred method of payment available. Dentistry of the Carolinas does not accept checks.

24-Hour Cancellation Requested

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you are not able to make your appointment, please be courteous and contact the office as soon as possible.
