Congratulations to our 2021 Employee of the Year – Jessica Barnette!
Charlotte, NC – January 27, 2022 – Dentistry of the Carolinas is pleased to announce that Jessica Barnette was selected as the “2021 Employee of the Year.”
Barnette has been with Dentistry of the Carolinas since 2012 and is a dental assistant at the Gastonia office. She was among 24 DOC employees nominated for the award, which honors a staff person for: being productive and committed to their job; taking initiative; being dependable and reliable; having a positive attitude; and providing excellent customer service and patient care.
“Jessica [Barnette] is very deserving of this honor,” said Clark Hammock, DMD, P.A., co-owner of Dentistry of the Carolinas. “She helps provide a level of organization that assists in reduced overhead and productivity. While her primary responsibility is to assist the dentists in Gastonia, she assists with other office teams as needed to provide quality service to DOC patients at any location. She is a valuable assistant and member of the DOC team.”
